A: No. The rubber base is on the underside only. The visible top surface is the marble-printed diatomite — identical in appearance to our standard marble mats.
Q: Is the rubber base removable?
A: No. The rubber underlay is permanently bonded during manufacturing. This ensures consistent slip resistance for the life of the product.
